Processing Time

Standard Items: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Personalized & Cremation Jewelry: Due to the handcrafted nature and time required to collect materials for cremation rings and memorial pieces, these items typically require 2-4 weeks for completion before shipping.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

International Shipping:

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada via USPS and DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order is fulfilled.

Duties & Customs: Orders shipped to Canada and others may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the buyer. DABforge is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.

Tracking: All Canadian orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
